• How do I navigate your site?
    • The four buttons at the top of the page (Home, Gallery, Learn, and Contact) will allow you to navigate to any page on our site. When clicked, the latter three all reveal sets of drop-down menus (see image below.) There is a link to our Site Map at the bottom of the page which is an outline of the structure of our website.

  • Why am I having issues viewing / navigating your site?
    • We have tested our site with most popular web browsers on the market today and have found major incompatibility with Internet Explorer for Mac. This program is no longer being developed and is a few years behind today's technology. If you are a Mac user, we recommend using Apple's Safari browser or Mozilla Firefox. We have found no other major issues with any other browsers, however if you are experiencing difficulties, please email us with the operating system and browser you are using and the problems you are encountering.
  • How often is the site updated?
    • We update the site as often as we can, usually adding new items once or twice a week. Generally speaking, the first items on a page are the most recently added.
  • How do I use the Zoom feature in your Image Viewer?
    • First and foremost, the use of our Zoom feature requires that you have the Macromedia Flash Player installed. You can download this plugin here. The controls at the bottom of the image can be used to zoom in or out of the image, pan to the left or right, and reset the image to it's original size. We currently do not have plans for providing a high-resolution image available for download or print.

  • Why are there wire cables at the top of some rugs?
    • We use cable to attach our weavings to metal bars with velcro so that they may hang in our showroom for easy browsing. This is very similar to the method we recommend for hanging your rug at home - see our tutorial here. Using the cables and bar for display in our store is a non-damaging process and will, of course, be removed when purchased.
  • What are my payment options?
    • We currently support online payments through Paypal. It is not required to have a Paypal account for purchases of $2,000 or less. You may use all major credit cards and other online payment methods through Paypal. Of course, you are always more than welcome to call or email us if you are interesting in any of the items on our website. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • Do you have a layaway plan?
    • Yes! We require a 25% down-payment, with the remaining balance to be paid within six months. Please call or email us if you are interesting in a layaway purchase.
  • How do you ship?
    • We ship all items insured through UPS Ground service and can provide a tracking number upon request. Please let us know if you prefer another shipping method, as we will be happy to accomodate your request.
  • What is your return policy?
